Currently the solution for NBFM is a GUI solution, GQRX. There needs to be a command line alternative that can be controlled from a CLI.

OP25 NBFM doesn't work on lower frequencies so this will not work for us. We need to be able to listen to NBFM on any frequency with proper squelch.
