This would allow the bot to schedule events. This would have functionality like when2meet as well as fixed date functionality

The point of this feature would be to allow users to create events within their groups and have their group members RSVP to those events. Not all events are set in stone though, so there is dynamic scheduling like when2meet that will allow the organizer to set available periods and allow the users to select from those periods
