This module would allow users to specify a youtube channel to the bot and parameters such as, retroactive downloads, video/audio quality, and format (video+audio / just audio

The bot would keep a record of the downloaded videos, this way a user can ask for it and the bot can provide a method for the user to watch the video.

This is helpful for channels that get videos taken down regularly.

There should also be a method for the admin to globally limit users, and the number of channels/videos an individual user can store.
